Hi...again

Can anyone tell me if I can rplace the oil pump without removing the front bumper. I mean surely I can get to the pump if im working in a pit to get under the car and replace it. I have been told I need to remove the front bumper and so on but dont beleive its that much of a massive job.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
